Yes. Owen Registrar comes with a step-by-step installation guide, and also an installation wizard if you want to use it.
Yes. Owen Registrar (from version 2.0 - due end of May 2008) is formatted using CSS. You can simply edit the CSS file to match your web site style.
You only need to copy 5 lines to the top of your existing pages, and you are done! Anyone who tries to see the page without first logging in will be asked to log in first and shown a link to your login page.

No, not at the moment. We are working on this feature. However, you can turn off the automatic verification and activation, then activate members yourself after you have received payment from them.
After completing your purchase, you will be sent an email containing a download link to Owen Registrar. Simply click on the link in the email to download the zip file. It generally takes no more than 5 minutes for you to receive the email.
The zip file that you download will contain:

A readme file containing step by step installation instructions
SQL files for creating tables if you want to use them.
